Ambulance Service: For businesses to provide aspeciallyequippedmotorvehicle forcarryingsickorinjuredpeople,usuallytoa hospital.
For Hire Business : For businesses that convey passengers in a for-hire vehicle in the City of Pasco (i.e., a taxi or limousine service). This license is required whether or not the operator's business office is located within the City of Pasco.
For Hire Drivers: For any person driving a for-hire vehicle (i.e., a taxi or limousine driver, or any for-hire vehicle used for conveying passengers in the City of Pasco).
Fire Safety Inspection Program: The City has reinitiated a fire inspection program for "moderate" and "high" hazard businesses. There will be a fee added to licenses for those businesses.
In-City Business: For businesses that have a physical location within Pasco city limits that is not a residence.

Mobile Vendor : For itinerant vendors who will be moving about the city (i.e., an ice cream truck or a push cart).
Non-Profit Business : For non-profit organizations registered with the State of Washington that have a physical location within Pasco City limits (i.e., churches, political organizations, and charitable organizations).
Out of City Business : For businesses that do not have a physical location within Pasco city limits, but conduct business within the city limits.
Recreational/Medical Marijuana: The City is not accepting applications for business licenses or land use permits for the production, processing or retail sales of recreational or medical marijuana. More information can be found here.
Rental Dwellings: For owners of rental dwellings that are available for rent, lease, or let to the public.
Solicitors: For a person who goes from house-to-house or place-to-place offering goods or services for sale within Pasco city limits.
Special Events: For special events to be held within Pasco city limit, including but not limited to concerts, demonstrations, parades, public dances, athletic events, festivals, and temporary special sales events.
